2. Tour Inquiries & Bookings
SriLankiyo provides bespoke, expert-guided tour planning across Sri Lanka. Submitting an enquiry via our website, WhatsApp, or email is completely free of charge and does not create an immediate financial obligation.
- Quotes: Custom itinerary proposals and quotes are provided with 100% transparent pricing and no hidden booking fees.
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon mutual agreement of your final itinerary and arrival schedule.
3. Payment Terms — All Payments on the Ground
💳 100% On-the-Ground Payment Policy (No Online Payments)
To give you complete security, trust, and flexibility, all tour payments are settled directly on the ground in Sri Lanka upon your arrival.
✓ No Online Card Payments on this Website
We do not collect credit card numbers, debit card transactions, or online payment gateway checkouts through our website.
✓ Settlement Upon Arrival
Tour balances are settled directly in Sri Lanka with your assigned Blue Badge tour representative / chauffeur upon meetup or tour commencement.
✓ Accepted Payment Currencies on the Ground
Payments on the ground can be made in major international currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD) or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) at the prevailing official central bank exchange rate.
4. Standard Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Unless specifically customized in your personal written itinerary proposal, all SriLankiyo tour packages adhere to the following standard parameters:

5. Changes & Cancellations
Because payments are settled on the ground, you benefit from maximum flexibility. If you must adjust your travel dates or cancel due to flight changes or personal emergencies, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice so we can reassign our vehicle and guide rosters without penalty.
6. Vehicle & Guide Services
All transport is conducted in fully insured, air-conditioned, licensed private tourist vehicles. Drivers and guides comply with Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) standards and Sri Lankan road traffic regulations.
7. Liability & Personal Insurance
While SriLankiyo exercises utmost care in trip coordination, travelers are strongly advised to hold comprehensive personal international travel insurance covering medical emergencies, baggage, flight interruptions, and outdoor activities.
